NEICON, together with partners, regularly conducts educational activities to improve the level of Russian scientific journals, publishes open materials, conducts webinars and seminars, and translates and analyzes foreign sources.

It is NEICON for the fourth year in a row that the Ministry of Education and Science instructs to engage in the promotion of Russian scientific journals .
